The WALK and TALK
This is an intensive and fun two-hour consultation that provides you with a detailed staging report
- We will start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
- Using a detailed staging checklist, we will walk through the home together and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your prospective buyers. You will take notes and I will take photographs to help me with the detailed report.
- I will prepare and provide you with a photo-filled, detailed report with the notes we took during our "walk and talk". That will give you suggestions to prepare your home to sell at the best price possible. It will also include my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist".
- If you are a DIYer, following the suggestions on the staging report may be all that you need to get your home ready to sell.
- However, if you need more help, know that you have another option....

POWER STAGING AND MINI-MAKEOVER
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
- I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
- We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go
*Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home)
POWER STAGING AND A ONE-DAY, HOME-MAKEOVER
Do you have a home that could use more than a few hours of work? We can do it!
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
- I will bring in more gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
- We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go
*Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home)
ULTIMATE POWER STAGING AND A TWO-DAY, HOME-MAKEOVER
Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) or one that could use an extra day of work? This is No problem!
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
- I will bring in lots of gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and to get higher impact photos
- We will work for up to two, 7-hour days in the home, as well as photograph each of the transformations as we go
*Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to fourteen hours total, over two days in the home)
